Very Split meets Depression Quest, this looks interesting so far! I like the way you’ve listed the details to your characters, the included minutiae of their daily lives really makes the whole thing more real! So, as far as the game play goes, will it be more of an interactive story or a side scroller, etc.? And will there be an ultimate goal, or more of ‘the journey is the reward’ mentality? And what was your inspiration, perhaps that could play a part of the overall product? Either way, good luck with whatever you decide!
Um… This is fucking cool. Who did the artwork for the character bios? Because those are seriously unbelievable. I especially love the one for Taylor — absolutely nuts. Anyways, the characters seem like such a dynamic cast for this game, and the way they’re organized on your website really pulls me in. The website overall has this effect, too; it has such a pleasant, yet mysterious feel to it. And I can just tell, based on the level of thought already put into your website, that this is gonna be such an awesome game. I can’t wait to see the final product and try it out!
Also, I’m sure you all will, but check over your site for any spelling errors, grammatical errors, missing words, etc. just so that nothing takes away from the intrigue and credibility that your website establishes for the game you’re creating.
Hey y’all,
I tried clicking the “Click here to play!” and it wouldn’t allow me to access the beginning of your game 🙁 I did read through all of the character profiles on your website. I really like how there are 4 completely different perspectives based on their experiences. I imagine that the 4 paths, based on the characters, you can take while playing the game are extremely different based on this too. The design of your website is classy and simple, which I like because I hate websites that are too busy with a shit ton going on. Will yous establish the goal of the game on the website’s homepage, or is there not even a specific goal? I look forward to playing this when it’s complete! Good luck!
Sincerely,
Emily Castillo
Your site and everything looks amazing! Did you guys do the artwork or pull those from elsewhere? Your concept is awesome, I also discussed dissociative identity disorder in my last project and I love how you guys have created these characters and are making a game out of it. The organization of your website is great, everything is really straightforward with your arguments and how your are incorporating class sources. Goodluck and have a good holiday!
